Basically, once you queue in the queueing topic(after you've been accepted), you write about how you come into this white building to queue for the first match. You can also converse with other players here, except it won't be in OOC. Your character can converse with other players. Let me explain it better:

Player A queues at the queueing topic.
Player A writes in this topic about how his character went into a white room to queue for the games, and sees many people there.
Player A's character meets the registration guy, and he registers.
