Got temporary banned for NO REASON

I got banned from spiral knights for no reason, it says the reason is spamming, but as the complain description clearly says, spam can only be a valid reason when your sell/buy offers are making it difficult for other people to talk, first of all, i went playing today, and sending my recipe sell offers without blocking the vision of anyone's talk baloon, it was like i was sending the offers one each 20 secs meaning i was CLEARLY not spamming, then i Alt tabbed sk and went check some vids i wanted to see, and then i notice sk gets silenced, when i go see, i got temporary banned......
