its been happening for a few days now.
Whenever i try opening it, all it does is show the loading 'circle' on my cursor and THATS IT!
It wont OPEN! I have re-installed it countless times! After reinstalling it too it wont open. Also whenever in the task manager , if i try ending the steam.exe task , all it says is 'access is denied'. Whats more weird is that even after uninstalling steam , the process of steam.exe STILL shows up!

So I recently got my hands on one of those vog-damned books of dark rituals, and aside from getting a BKC, I'm also looking to craft a BKR. I'm sure I'm not alone in this so here we go.
