For the past 4 days I've been experiencing this problem: I log on to the title screen and it immediately says "failed to connect to server". This problem was in steam. I even tried making another account online without steam and it worked fine. I was able to make another account, but then after 30 minutes or so the problem came up again, "failed to connect to server" I'm sure my internet connection is fine, I've tried system restore (if there was a virus), tried changing firewall settings, reinstalling the game, reinstalling steam, but the problem is still there.

So, I am having some issues with this game and I would appreciate if someone could shed some light onto it. Until recently, my game was working just perfectly, but then something rather unusual started to happen. You see, whenever I try to get into the depth 0 on the Clockworks, the game will get stuck on the loading screen when progress reaches about 96%.
All other areas in the game seen to be working fine.

it has been at least 2 hours and no one has responded to my support request, you have told me in the past you cant back track bug reports because they are too far in the past, well that because you never respond and i need help as im owed from this game.

I don't play Spiral on Steam. Thing is, whenever I try to navigate to any place besides Haven from the ready room, I receive a black screen, a few seconds of "Not responding" and then get kicked to title screen without any notification or info as to why. Usually happens when I try to go to guildhall, but also when I register for Lockdown. I can't log in for the next ten minutes or so and the message that appears is "Could not connect to the server". This also happens at the end of some depths when I return to Haven.

Issue is that java.exe keeps using all RAM from my system (up to 3'2 GB which means that the rest of the OS becomes unusable).
When it reaches that point (usually at the end of FSC or crimson hammer) my client starts to freeze up to the point it's no longer playable.

It's on low graphical settings, all drivers updated and stuff...
I even replaced game's JVM into 1.7u5 64 bits activating G1 garbage collector via extra.txt. That seemed to work at the beginning but now this problem has returned.

I bought a Guardian's Armor DLC. I opened it and it did not give me anything. Trying my best to be composed and not feel like I've been robbed. Already sent a ticket about this. Hoping for an immediate response.

Everytime i try to launch the game from my desktop.. a windows pop-ups with a planet.... and it always downloading.. is this normal?
or i need to do something about it..

I was just in an FSC session with a couple of friends when the game suddenly logged me out and said that it "failed to connect to server."

I've tried logging in a couple of times and it fails to go through.

The last 2 attempts I did, I was able to get to the character select menu. However, whenever I select the character it's always stuck at "Entering ready room." Also, during the character select screen, I no longer am able to open the Energy Purchase window - clicking the icon on the Energy bar does nothing.

Any ways, I have been trying to get onto this game, after a friend recommended this to myself. Unfortunately, when I clicked the play button (On the main navigation bar) The game wouldn't load (But would simply show the Java Symbol as if it was loading, but then would do nothing, for many hours)
