Hey there. I use to play spiral knights exclusively on steam, but now it's just easier for me to play using the java based web portal. However, I can't seem to log onto SK, because I have no proper username. So how can a steam account play without using steam? Is there any way to convert to a proper account?

My Java updater said that there was a new update for java, so I installed it. After that i tried to play Spiral Knights, clicked on my desktop shortcut and says " Javaw.exe is missing" (Or something like that, I don't remember fully), so I uninstalled Spiral Knights and then tried to install it again. I went to spiralknights.com , pressed play , downloaded spiral-install.exe , opened it and then I started the installation. It says " Downloading data ... " and it says it will finish in 1:05.

when i log into my steam account in spiral knights it keeps saying
we experienced a problem authenticating with steam. please ensure that steam client is running and that you are not logged in elsewhere
what does that mean?

My recipes disappeared during the jun 29-30th maintenance and downtime. I am unable to complete the Rank 2-2 quest line.

So I'm posting this topic on behalf of my brother who plays this game. He had a problem, and he mailed the GMs. However, for those who know how the GMs work, they do not leave the message open to reply. I put "Devs / GMs" in the title because since he can't reply, I want them to see it.

So after the server crash and restoration, he saw a Silversix Recipe going for 9600 crowns. He decided to bid, and it took 40,000 crowns out of his account. This glitch has now cost him what is the equivalent of 2-3 days of work on this game.

hi, i just won a bid of a Crest of Winter, and the email with the iten appear in my inbox, i click in Accept and Delete, and i go to play, cuz i has see my inventary and the crest dissappear...
whats happen, whats i have to do ?

So I'm saving up my crowns to sell some of my weapons. When I reach the AH it tells me my weapons are bound. So then I search for a way to unbind my weapons. When I found the Unbinding Forge I was happy that I could now sell all the stuff I didn't want. Then I found how I use the forge and thats when I saw the cost. 1,800 ENERGY TO MAKE A 4* WEAPON ABLE TO SELL??????? THAT IS COMPLETE BULLCRAP! IT COSTS WAY WAY WAY WAY TOO MUCH ENERGY. In NO other game have I seen this crap. This is the most greedy a%$ bull&%$# in the history of gaming.

Okay first of all i am not using a 3D card but the Mother Board's chipset which gives i think 128mb of acceleration or whatever this factor is called :P....... It can run world of warcraft, league of legends and some other games.

Alright so i'm going to play spiral knights i launch it just fine but theres no login using steam checkbox so i just use regular.....that didnt work either. What should i do?
