Using school's wifi atm. Last week, Monday and Tuesday I logged in just fine. Every since Thursday, I click on SK (I DLed it btw), try to log in and it keeps saying "Failed to Connect to Server". At the same time, I asked my bf (who was at his place at the time) to try to see if his was working, it was. And he easily logged into mine afterwards. So, he logged and I try both our Usernames and PWs and I am still unable to connect. The same problem arises when nearby a hotspot in a cafe called wichcraft in SF, CA. It used to work perfectly fine! How any possible ideas what's going on?

I wanted to know if anyone else is having this issue because after reading all the other posts I can't tell if my problem is related to what seems to be plaguing OOO right now.

I download and install the game through Steam with no issues.

I get to the character creation screen and create a character with no issues.

But then when I click play I get to the loading screen where it says loading and gives a percent but it doesn't move from 0%.

I leave it like that for over an hour multiple times and it doesn't move from 0%.

"Multiple Instances of this application's Installer are running. This one will stop and let another complete."

I just got this when I tried to enter Spiral Knights. I've played many times before, and this only just started happening. It won't let me play! I have tried restarting Steam entirely, checking through processes to see if another instance of Spiral Knights existed (it didn't) I even reinstalled the game (twice!). Anyone got an idea of why this is happening?

My game was working fine on sunday, and then all of a sudden, I try to run it, it goes through the patching screen, and then a blank window opens (by blank I mean the usual window, just with it having a static copy of my desktop as the picture). I can hear the title music, if I move my cursor around, I can see where the username and password should go, but there is just nothing there!

First I can't log in, then when I finally do get in my money goes negative for no reason, now I've only just FINALLY got that sorted, not 5 seconds later I CAN NO LONGER AUTHENTICATE WITH STEAM.

Why the did you launch your steam support when it is CLEARLY not ready? You can't even contact a GM with a steam account. I'm sick of being treated like a second class citizen just because of the format of my purchase.

This game's customer support is DIABOLICALLY bad.

I just hope you read this, because seriously. Currently, the biggest challenge in Spiral Knights, is beating the 'log in' game, boy is that boss a hard one.

The runner up is the 'dodging lag spikes' game. Cause seriously, there's a shitful of lag spikes.

I recently downloaded this game off steam.

I was excited to play it with some friends but I am unable to log in.

How do I play your game?

Running a 100ish foot line from the router to my room from the router is not an option for me.

So, I managed to get in the game after many tries of walking into haven with my main character. When I did, I decided to sell some energy so I could have some crowns to craft a bit. I put up 200 CE for sale and they instantly sold, but I didn't get any crowns in return. I also noticed that I wasn't in my guild anymore and I couldn't PM anyone who was online in my friends list. So I logged off (very bad decision) and I'm stuck at Walking into Town again.

Hey, recently I caught the 'heading into town...' forever bug and i read on forums about how being kicked from the guild was a possible fix.
Well whilst I was on another character I made to try and find someone from my guild to contact the guild leader, I received the '5th steam referral promotion' steam mail when a friend started playing, on this 2nd character.

Now that I'm able to go on my main character again(no idea how), it isn't in the mail box even though I hadn't accepted it on the other character =\

The game is unresponsive. It will not load the world when selecting a character. It will not create a new character. If I logoff and back on then it loads the world or creates a character meaning that whatever the app should do next happens when you logoff and back on.
