I'm having serious network-related problem when playing Spiral Knights. Certain aspects of the games suddenly stops working for long periods of time, and it happens constantly. Despite the problems persisting over fifteen minutes the game does never actually disconnect. The game works fine on other networks, so I know it's not my computer.

I have 10mbps download, 0.7mbps upload, and three or two bars of ping in-game.

I have tried port forwarding (47624 through 47634) and setting up a DMZ.

What doesn't work:

I`ve play you game and my Pc crashed , becose of electricity and from this moment i cant log in into a game , I am logged on website but when i start the game it want to log again and it is broken , i cant log there

Every time i finish a mission in the arcade i come out with a material but its not in my deposit box and i get no crowns either.

Whenever I move everything seems normal, but when i attack it will stay in one direction, no matter where i have my mouse pointed. This makes gameplay tedious, forcing me to run in circles around enemies to just get into a place where i can target them.

Please respond!

I have been playing SpiralKnights for about 4 days now on my computer just recently i downloaded it on to my laptop, I updated all the Drivers and Graphic Controls to the most recent ones. the game starts up but on the start up page (where it shows all your knights) my knight just shows up as a bunch of floating Pixels when i log in everyone else is floating pixels, i checked that my laptop meets the requirements its running on VIA/SG3 graphics. Please help me if you can

every time i launch Spiral Knights and try to log in, this sentence always appear "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. please wait a moment before reconnecting". why!! this happen for at least 1 week already need help asap!!!

I've sent one of those Support tickets, for sending something that you were crafting for someone to the original owner. I have gotten a response, but the person has still not received his item. Did I do something wrong?

Are there other accounts that log in from your ip address, paid or not?

I just made an account today, and when I went to play the game (after the download) I was given the error message "cannot create any more free accounts with this computer". I have never made an account for this game on this computer before, so I am very confused. I am using the account I just made, and using the correct username/password info. At first I thought it was because my email wasn't verified, but after doing that I was still experiencing the problem.

I'm going to try to download the client and see if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
