I used to use a account called Personwithhat in game , and this account (my junk one for playing with low level friends), is friended to my old account, so i definitly know its the in-game name of Personwithhat.

the thing that i DONT know , is the actual USERNAME of my old account, AND the email associated with it. Its been like a year , or 2 since i played spiral knights but i want to maybe get started again. could someone help me get my old account back?

I wasn't sure whether or not to post this in Bugs, or Technical Issues.

However; I purchased the "Battle pack" from the Energy Depot. However; it gave me the items for the "Deluxe Starter Pack".

What can I do, if anything, to resolve this issue?

Dug around a little through the tech support forums but couldn't find anything. The disk image appears to be downloading just fine but once I copy the application onto my laptop and attempt to launch it, I receive an error saying the files have been damaged. As far as I know, I've been able to run SK about 10 months ago so I don't know what's changed that would be preventing it from working now. Laptop is a late 2013 13" Non-retina Macbook Pro running 10.9.5.

Well, I do know that a deal has been struck with Gamecyber for a TW/HK server of SK.
But hey, I've been a player for over 2 years already, that was long before the Asian server was up.
(Not that is it still being cared anyways- the last update of the TW/HK server was 8 months ago)
I do not wish to switch servers right now and give up all the efforts I have spent here.
I do wish to continue playing on this server.

Spiral Knights Forums refuses to let me send a reply on my own forum topic or anywhere else why is this?

Hey guys. yeebot here (gonna change that name soon. ffs). I am asking you guys what is going on. so basically, my spiral knights wont load on steam AND it says to install the plug in called 'java runtime environment'. and my chrome is not supported as it is a 32-bit. the when I install it, it will just does nothing except clogging up my memory. would love to listen to your tips/fix.

hi, i have a new computer and spiral knigths doesn't start. i have installed video card, sound drivers, java.. all, and when i execute spiral knigths in the task manager java.exe still in 75.328Kb and no more :(

i have reinstalled the game, the java and all many times and still no working, i tryied with Steam, with the browser and downloading from the official page and nothing

Apparently, the java application that runs Spiral Knights doesn't fit the High/Very High security requirements.

I tried putting it on the Exception site list, but the game was still prevented from running

So every few updates or so the game will crash while validating updates and after the crashes Spiral Knights won't open or load for the next few weeks/days till an update. Its caused me to quit the game every now and then because even reinstalling doesn't fix the problem, Spiral still appears in Task Manager and steam says its there but it doesn't load at all.

Steam patches just fine to grab all the new files.

When the game goes to restart, no window is started.
No window ever appears.
Steam's build ID is 461948.

The first validation had about 600 game files that failed.
The second one had 2 that failed.

Launching the game through command line as a standalone [how I would normally access my alt] successfully logs in.
Something pushed to steam for the launcher options is incorrect.
