It started, when I noticed, that Guild section in Social menu stopped to update. I wanted to invite some of my guildmates to my party(it was arena) and wrote it to the guild chat, but it didn't send. I said to my friend, who was in party, to wait me here, and I relogged. After this, trying to join his party, I got a message about an error. Now I can't access to Guild Hall, Haven and parties, can't even send a mail, but can use /tell and write to guild chat. My guildmates adviced me to contact with OOO support, but www.spiralknights.com/support#mail doesn't open.

I haven't logged in to SK for a few many months, possibly a year or so and the game was wiped from my computer when I upgraded to Windows 8 at the end of 2012. I tried opening the game from Steam yesterday and it wouldn't open. So I tried opening it via Firefox and it won't open. So I downloaded the client (which has always been my primary form of playing it) and it will not open.

RAM - 4.00 GB (3.87 GM available)
OS - Windows 8.1 Pro
Video Card - Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

* Steps I have taken to resolve this issue
* Cleared all history/cookies
* Deleted / uninstalled game from PC, reinstalled
* Deleted everything steam related

Neither steam version or browser version of this game is playable. It's NOT playable. I can play a more intensive game online, no problems. But once I try to play Spiral Knights, it chokes.

I can't log in now, I get new update everything download but now It say Flild to connect to server, Help !

Hello, there is any way to log in the game with my steam account without using steam? I hit the "play" button on steam and nothing happens, really, nothing. I have an advanced character there, now I have to start all over because I downloaded the game without steam and registered a real SK account, please someone help me =(

On Aug 11, I've been able to play, but recently, this afternoon, I was unable to log in myself. I figured it might be a problem with just Kongregate, so I looked at the discussion on the Kong page, and there's been similar problems.

So I've logged into steam to find that I can't play SK because I need to 'purchase' it.

Oddly enough I can still boot the SK preview client without any hitches (Though it obviously throws me out cause the preview server isn't open yet)

Hello I play SK a lot and few days back my SK started to disconnecting whenever I was playing. For e.g , I log in> Select knight> join a friends game>
After like a minute , Disconnected And this as been going on and on. Its not with my router My bro uses same router his is working fine.

What I've tried:

*Updated Java
*Reinstalled SK
*Flush DNS Cache

Same thing goes to my Minecraft too keep getting disconnected from servers.
and both are Java games so maybe Java is problem?

I'm a dedicated gamepad user as of 2 weeks ago and this morning it has suddenly stopped working. >.> Anybody else having this problem or am I by myself on this one? ._.

I have tried to login to SK on August 9th, at 10:30 pm EST.
After several quick fixes, I have been unable to login. I get either the "verification with steam" message or the "temp network outrage/servers are not yet up" message.
I have tried ---
-Restarting Steam.
-Disabling the Steam Overlay
-Restarting my Computer.
-Waiting it out (sometimes it just saying logging in for a while).
-Restarting my internet.
None of these quick fix solutions seem to be working and am still unable to login.
