Hi.

I've ran into a bug trying to launch Spiral Knights where the game pulls up the installer/updater with the message "Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one wil stop and let another complete." even though there's only one instance of the game I'm trying to run.

Here's some evidence, with Task Manager showing that only one javaw.exe instance running.

I'd really like some help, as I'd like to log back in to the game.

cuz me spiralknights doesnt wana launch me account is linked to steam so whenn i press play it says am ingame but the game doesnt open
Does anyone know what i need to do cuz i downloaded a new windows and b4 that it just worked i hope someone knows what me problem is

Here's the problem .

1.In the past ,I was using game client SK account ( not connected to steam ) and I've created a forum for myself in Spiral Knights page .

3.But few days ago ,I realized that I was not able to edit or post reply on my own forum ,although I'm using the same account ( already connected to steam ) , and also the system requires me to create a knight in game client in order for me to set up knight identity .

Whenever I try to launch SK through steam, I get a prompt telling me

"To view this web content, you need to install the Java Runtime Environment
click 'more info...' to visit the website for the Java Runtime Environment"

Which i installed numnerous times, the file i have is Java 8 Update 40.

Any help would be great, I miss playing SK

Wanted today to play again Spiral Knights, and something happened, which pissed me off beyond the bounds. After updating, I couldn't log in, with my Steam account. There was no way to log in with my Steam account. I verified the integrity of the game's cache, and it found 10 files failed to validate. And after I let it aquire them and let it patch, the button 'Log in with Steam' still wasn't there. I wanted to see if they were alright, and they AGAIN failed to validate. What to do...?

I've read the something about having a txt. file in your spiral knights folder with the

-Dorg.lwjgl.opengl.Window.undecorated=true

But it seems that in doing this, it doesn't really change having it full screen for me. By this I mean that the only thing it did was unbind my cursor, since when I click out of SK it stutters the video on both my monitors like I was alt-tabbing from full screen.
Anyone know of a fix or something that might help? I'm running java 64 with an AMD processor that's been updated with it's newest drivers.

Okay so I love this game but I am lagging and I have tried many many ideas. I have went to several different sites, forum pages, videos looking for a solution but I have this odd lagg that occurs every few seconds. I far surpass the requirements listed on steam and it still lags. I can't figure it out and I am trying to ignore the lag but it is really repetitive and annoying.

Do not tell me windows 8.1 or 8 in general sucks as that does not help at all.

Hello i am facing a very bad issue when i open my game on it just works fine i select my knight everything works fine but when i go to ready room it gives black screen and whenever i go to any mission it gives black,yellow,green different colors screens

My PC specs
While I'm playing, screen freezes and appears a blue screen randomly... especially when loading is 100%. No driver problems or other things, and I'm totally sure it's just my gpu that doesn't support antialiasing, and Spiral Knights forces me to use antialiasing (x1 Minimum). Anyone can help me?

I have a solid state drive, 8-core processor, and a nvidia 970 geforce graphics card. I can play skyrim on custom extra high modded graphics, yet I have trouble running this game. Why? Also after I completing a mission I will than experience lag spikes or fps shutters. I'll quit the game validate it through steam and I always get the same 10 files won't validate, and it only shows up after I start up the game after it patches.

Anyone care to explain why i get this.

I have the latest updates for everything and I keep my computer clean.
