Norton blocks file lwjgl.dll Threat Name: Suspicious.Cloud

Hi, not sure what to make of this exactly and if it is supposed to even happen. Admin please look into this and let people know why this happens.

So, i just finished Reinstalling Spiral Knights, but when i try to open it (i play it on steam) it says "game is already running" and it wont let me open it or close steam (Restarting my computer does not help.) Is this a problem on steam or On Spiral Knights

I am running the Steam version of Spiral Knights with Mac OSX 10.9.2. When I try to start the game, it opens the standard patching screen, downloads and applies the latest patch, then immediately flickers and shuts down. Every time I try to validate the game files through Steam, it tells me "9 files fails to validate and will be reacquired." Then, when I restart the game, it downloads and installs the same patch again, and dies in exactly the same way.

When I started to try and play Spiral Knights on my Windows, the screen flashes blacks for a few seconds and it closes. It seems that it wants to go full screen but it can't, despite that the last time I played it I'd unchecked the full screen checkbox and applied it.

What are the solutions to this issue?

I recently tried open SK again after having not played for months. The screen flashes black a few times -asthough attempting to switch to the game screen- and the returns to the desktop where nothing happens afterwards. However, java still appears to be running in task manager, and steam tells me that "the app is still running" unless i shut down that java program.
I'm assuming this is because i'm running on windows 8.1, because it USED to work but no longer does. any help?
p.s. I've already tried re-installing multiple times >.>

I have to use a different Mac for a few days, so I downloaded SK and tried to run it. It starts to run, but displays an error dialog and quits.

The error message is "Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one will stop and let another complete. 0% complete"

Obviously it ran into some leftover garbage from a long-ago attempt to install SK. My question is: Where does SK keep that sort of info, so I can clean up the mess and let it start clean?

My hard drive recently crashed, so I'm forced to run my OS (OSx 10.9.2) from an external hard drive now.
Whenever I try to install a non-Steam version of SK it gives me the m.create_appdir_failed notice.

It happened on both Armorgames.com, where my main account is located, and the Spiral Knights site itself.
Is it a case of the game still trying to install itself on my old hard drive?

When i start my Spiral Knights i wait then black screen apears and my mouse flashes, then it kick me from the game.What should i do ?
