Having previously only used fast swords such as the snarble barb and striker series im currently finding it quite difficult to make good use of my new avenger. fewer opportunities to shield during the two hit attack cycle is causing me to take far more damage against multiple mobs than i would have when using my previous swords.

fused demo suit with elemental high UV
fire vapo with medium CTR
ice vapo with medium CTR
levi with medium CTR
voltech alchemer with damage boost vs. constructs low.

I'm trying to decide what my loadout will be at five stars. I really want to get a fearless rigadoon with ASI very high, but that's more of a dream weapon than anything else. the fused demo suit is perfect for mad bomber, but I dont want to waste those vaporizers with medium CTR.

I'm still pretty new to SK set and I'm trying to plan for the future for my set. But I'd really like some advice from the community about it.

I have a few questions about sets. What are some of the important defenses to have against? Is normal and elemental dmg the most prominent? So what are some statuses I should protect myself as well?

Hi everyone, I know it's another one of these threads but I would really appreciate some advice, thanks.

My current 3* equipment consists of:

-Dusker Cap/Coat: (Wanted to go for Skolver set because I thought it looked pretty neat but on second thoughts, I'll go with the typical Vog Cub in plans of entering FSC later on)

-Striker: (I started off with the Cutter which led to the Striker and yes I have my regrets for not picking the Calibur but hey, the Cutter series has its perks. Thus I'm planning to go all the way to the Dread Venom Striker)

Got a CTR High VA on a Haze Bomb, and from what I understand, this is top quality for a bomb. So I've been thinking if I should make it into a Shivermist Buster or if I should sell it?

Speaking off, slightly off-forum section, but it doesn't seem like the Bazaar's the best place to ask, since it seems like the best place for offers, not advice... how much would this sell on average anyway? I saw some Haze Bombs with CTR Low on the AH... for 35k CR, so this could go for 100k? Maybe more? I doubt that but...

I have a Vile Striker but I am starting to regret getting it. I seem to be taking A LOT more damage than I ever did when I had the Brandish line. Plus I find it harder to shield after an attack.

I've it found only really effective against large enemies, slow ones, Gun Puppies, and cornered enemies. Other than that I can only get the first hit and rarely the second ghost hit (the glowing second hit that's kinda transparent). What I want to know is if I should trade it for another weapon, keep it and get another weapon, or don't worry about another weapon.

strike needle gun

I recently saved up some tokens for a snarble barb and I fell in love with it. I love the fast attack sequence that keeps pushing forward.
My question is concerning my strike needle, since I am probably going to use my sarble barb and get to the 5* version, should I replace the gun or keep it?
They both have piercing damage which is why I don't want to keep both, but I already put a lot of money into getting the gun to 4*.

Buying a Vog Cub Coat recipe

I'm looking at the wiki, trying to decide which bombs are worth using, and the Deconstructor I have certainly sends things flying, but the wiki says nothing about it having knock-back.

I look at 4* bombs and I'm trying to decide between Master Blast Bomb and Irontech, and I wonder does Master Blast Bomb really not have knockback, or is it an omission like with Deconstructor, or am I missing something else entirely?
(I already have a good Shivermist, I'm just trying to understand the blast series before I commit to anything)

Currently working on this 5* set. Is there anything you guys would recommend changing?
