This is the roleplay discussion thread, where we talk about previous, current, and future forum-roleplaying gaming. All out-of-character chatter for all future roleplays must occur here so that we don't clutter up the Treasure Vault or the roleplaying games with chatter. This is also the thread where future roleplays will be brewed, created, and voted upon.

For those not familiar with roleplaying games, these are the default rules:

2013 Spiral Knights Pumpkin Carving Contest...

Actually, I missed the contest... My mistake, I simply thought the contest lasted longer, and Eurydice would not let me enter late. Here is what I would have entered.

My theme is a general Spiral Knights theme featuring a Dark Fang shield, a Love puppy, and the Spiral Knights main text logo.

Enjoy!

Spiral Knights (A poem of all current bosses)

Gears shifting wheels turning
The Clockworks turn to rise
Sun shining void shifting
The Clockworks turn to fall

Down in the depths
Where deadly monsters lie in wait
Storm rising
Night falling

Snarbolax
Legendary Wolver
Big and Dark
Likes to chomp on knights from the Skylark

Jelly King
Giant and slimy
Orders supreme dictatorship
For all jellies to see

Roarmulous Twins
Two Brothers lined against the light
Destined to destroy haven and end the fight
Steel and metal, what a sight

Vanaduke
Sad story of Almire

A very powerful what if

You know, I've been thinking. usually this is a very dangerous thing, but hey.

Anyways, does anyone else get the sense that Spiral Knights (if done right) could be a VERY successful animated show?
I mean there are several plots, so many options for unique characters, etc. I don't know about you folks, but I could definitely see Three Rings doing this.
Opinions? I'd love to hear them.

The Legend of the Jelly Empire- A Short Fanfiction by Artistbma [REPOST- Old Dropbox File was Deleted]

Long ago, in a faraway planet named Cradle, there existed a kingdom. A kingdom ruled by that of which we call gelatin. A so-called “Jelly” King and Queen ruled the land, smiting those who dared oppose them.

The gelatinous army was the single most powerful military force in Cradle. This story is about the fall of the Jelly Army, and the separation of the Royal Couple.

The jellies communicate through mind messages. Keep that in mind.

And so our story begins…

Boom!

Boom!

The Jellies broke through the door.

Lore Discussion: Dead Gold

A coin placed into the hands of the dead before burial, granting them fare for the long journey ahead.

This is an obvious reference to the myth of Charon's Obol (Better known as the payment for the ferryman to cross over into the afterlife). But there is a question to be asked and answered. Whose tradition is it to place a coin into the hands of the dead, the Knights, or the ones whose hands hold these coins?

Klear here,
One year ago I started to draw stuff for some people on the spiralknights forum.
Old Thread: http://forums.spiralknights.com/de/node/66385
And I'm back to do it again!
This year I drew my own knight the way I want him to look like and wanna draw more:
http://klears.deviantart.com/art/Spiral-Knights-Klear-409031510

Now about the Conditions:
First of all I don't wanna limit your creativity that much.
Thairfor I don't care about drawing one character
or two character and a pet
or 4 Character in jellypalace fighting off 12 jellies !
