It's laggy enough normally. Almost unplayable when there's an event happening.
Yeah I know this has been brought up a lot. Just bringing it up again so they know it's important.

It's just not gonna happen :( Well, that's what people said about removing mist energy I guess...We'll wait and see :P
Even tho I have a red connection bar, game seems fine. Problem is I have other siblings to compete for the bandwidth but I'm mostly alone anyway.
A new server would be great, especially when someimes player see things ahead but the server reacts late, i.e when u shield at the time bullet comes to you but damage still occurs, those occurrences annoy me alot.
I agree with Lunaice, partly though. I do have a red square, but it only is normal when my only sibling isn't bandwidth pulling. And that's rare for me, so I try to keep Steam ready anytime.
Yes, new servers would be appreciated, preferably SEA or AUS servers.

Even my being in the US gives me terrible connection.

That seems...kinda... I'm at a loss for words. I'm sad. D:
Make sure you guys are pinging the right server* since server location matters a lot.
Also, the speed and ping can vary between servers even in the same area. Since the servers have to take time to process your request, you get better results are from servers that don't get a lot of traffic. Unfortunately, the spiral knight server gets a LOT of traffic...
*From what I've read online: the main Spiral Knights server is located in Virginia; however they are connected to an "Amazon Cloud" network across the U.S. I think there are cloud "nodes" in Washington, Illinois, and Texas. These nodes mirror the main server located in Virginia. When you connect to SK, you are redirected to the nearest node. I think the bars shown in the SK client represents your ping to the nearest node.
The problem is these nodes have to synch with the each other and the main server. Since they are so far apart, the synchronizing process may not be very good.
So you end up getting latency from:
-Your computer to your ISP
-Your ISP to the nearest Amazon Node
-The Amazon Node to the main server.
-The server itself due to processing all the requests
Unfortunately this is a direct result from 'Sharing' hosting service with Amazon.
Who's to say that it may very well be, just some walk-in closet filled with servers and wires everywhere.
Now, on the other-hand, IF they had sprung to get Service with Hurricane electric, well... One can dream can't they? XD
Yes that would be great for people in the southern hemisphere. I'm Aussie and seeing a red square of connection hurts.
It hurts.

(They will most likely not listen but keep at it :3 )
