Hi guys, I am new to the forums (no, not new to the game though, im a def elite) and I am sorry if the topic I am about to write has either been already posted by someone else and has been locked/dead.
Ok so I have seen others like me complaining about the connection. As you know SK has 2 main servers, US and EU, the main problem is in the South East Asia part. A decent number of players play from the South East Asia Countries like me, such as Singapore, Phillipines, Malaysia and the majority of them, from Australia. The servers SK provides only can allow people living near or in US/EU to have a good connection to the game, whereas anyone not living near it (such as asians) will have a weak connection.
Now what happens when one has a weak connection some of the better connection players ask. Many things can go wrong..such as:
Shield Delay, you hold up your shield before the enemy attacks you but you somewhat get hit.
"Movement" delay, you run away from an enemy just when it is about to shoot, on your screen you have escaped, but your "npc" is still at the enemy, so you get hurt.
These are just the main problems that happen when one has a weak connection. Not very fun to play when you have those problems right?
So OOO, I am not asking or demanding you to make an AU server, and you may already know of this situation(again, maybe someone already posted this kind of forum), but may I know if you have any plans of creating an AU server for South East Asian players?
Also, if there already is such a post in the forums "somewhere", feel free to comment and tell me below (no, I dont need a hundred people telling me that, just 1-5 will do). Also please read this topic carefully, I don't like seeing: "Stop demanding OOO for an AU server, its expensive" or stuff like that, I only asked if they had plans for an AU server.
Thanks for your co-operation! ^.^
suggestion subforum. it exists, use it.
an easter server would be an improvement for many, but it seems that OOO can't do it. many before you have asked for it and there was no answer.
