ive always thought that it needed to be more like seerus used it
these apply to the charge only
remove the second swing completely (pretty sure this was done with the troikas)
and add those blast network like explosions
make them go around 4 tiles (always in a plus shape around where the hammer lands, not the player)
and maybe up the flinch rate, I hav never seen it flinch for some reason

Knights don't use monster weapons like the monsters use them.
We have Wrench wands that don't heal, Thwack hammers that don't combo like they do, deconstructors that can't be thrown, even our Obsidian stuff doesn't inflict the grasping status.
I do agree that the WMRH charge isn't very useable, I would rather see it do an overhead swing that causes a blast bomb styled explosion, perhaps with a chance of inflicting stun and a chance of receiving a weak stun.
