Mix rarity drops in each Tier. For example, make it so you can find Elite Orbs in Stratum 3. I think it is only more fair. So, here are the changes:
Tier 1:
- 0*, 1* and 2*
- 3* and 4*
- 4* and 5*

Yes, that's true.
Yes that is true, what I meant to say is that I want a higher chance of Elite Orbs dropping in Stratum 3, and a higher chance of Advanced Orbs dropping in Stratum 4, without completely changing the chances of Orbs dropping the other way around.
You, can technically find Elite Orbs in Stratum 3, usually in the later half of it. I recommend doing so on Elite difficulty if you're going for them.
