Is it possible to get over 2 weapon slots...?

Sorry if I'm being very stupid, but is it possible to get like 4 weapon slots for an infinite amount of time?

I saw a 2013 post saying you have to buy it for energy for like 30 days?

Can anyone help? Thanks!
