Did i lose my knight forever?

I found out not too long ago that ''Aeria Games'' closed SK on their site. I used to play SK using Aeria Games, but cant play on my knight since they closed the game there. Is there no way for me to get my knight back? Because i used hours and hours on it. i've also tried contacting support, but none of the links works
