It presumably means you'll get advertisements on your video, of which the earnings will go to the copyright holder. Sometimes videos will be blocked in certain countries and possibly even taken down (which will put a strike on your account; three strikes and you're out). This doesn't appear to be the case for SK music though, judging by the thread mentioned above.
You mean in a video that you subsequently publish? There is currently a thread on the front page of General Discussion about this very issue. Cheers.
