Billing issue question

So i have just bought OHC for one of my accounts, yet when i bought it on the website, i had no idea i was logged into my other account. Now, im stuck here on my main with no OHC and on my other account which i have nothing on/proto gear everything. I contacted support, but everyone says its under construction and that they probably wont reply. Any confirmation on this?

Also if a dev sees this, if they could please respond that would be great.

If they dont respond in 2-3 business days, try to write another support request. Repeat until they do.

GM's always responded for me in the past (2-3 times). But that was more than a year ago, nowadays i wouldnt know. But i would say yes its probable. You cant do anything more anyway, right?

Well this is frustrating, i wonder if they could give me the dlc on my main account and ban my other account as i literally trashed it and theres nothing on it and i dont even use it.
