After the move to Grey Havens, is it still on the east coast, some place? Thanks.

don't know, but probably?

Three Rings/Sega had the North American servers hosted by Amazon's cloud service, supposedly in Virginia. I have not heard of any change from that. Nor is there any obvious-to-me reason for moving away from that. But I'm not an IT expert and don't have any inside information.
