Allow wealthy knights to assist lesser knights through ownership

So here is how this works....

The wealthy knight pays 100 dollars for a prize box that contains the license to a F2P that needs money. The F2P then gets a hefty sum of energy (45,000) but from then on becomes "indentured". 45K CE may also be paid, and only knights that are defender elite or higher may apply for indentured servitude.

Indentured knights-
-Cannot join guilds
-Have the knight that owns them as their guild name, i.e.
-Guild chat becomes a private chat channel with the master knight that owns them.
-Lose 30% of their earnings in the clockworks to the wealthy knight that is funding them.
-Are taxed 10% for every transaction; i.e. they would get 90 CE from an energy trade, with the master receiving 10.

The 45K is paid out over time to the indentured knight, 100 every time they log in, and when all is given they are set free. Should they stop logging in for over two weeks, a new indentured knight will be chosen. When they return their knight will be made indentured again, or queued thereof.

Remember, don't shoot food.

It sounds like a good idea on paper, but good lord nobody is going to need 45k ce. I'd prefer it some sort of loan system instead where you individually choose a knight and loan them an amount of cr/ce before the above restrictions are applied. I'd assume that the cr given would automatically be converted into ce if you loaned it based on current energy prices.
