Haze Bomb Upgrade Path

I was recently lucky enough to craft a Haze Bomb w/ CTR High UV. I'm hanging onto it for sure, it's worth more long term then the 200k offers people have had for me. But what upgrade path to take? I don't like Poison, it's too situation specific for something as rare as this. Fire and Freeze I'm torn between, both can be heavily useful in a wide arrange of situations. Which path should I take to get the most out of this bomb?

Your best Haze bomb should probably be freeze. It is useful pretty much everywhere - great for locking down everything in arenas and danger rooms, puts out oilers, makes FSC easy, combos nicely with Calibur charges, owns phantoms in graveyards, etc.
I have all three and the only place I consistently don't bring my Shivermist is the Royal Jelly Palace. For me, Ash and Venom are more useful there. Both statuses are great for the Jelly King. On the floors prior doing continuous damage with the Ash to 20+ jellies is more efficient in clearing the rooms than freezing them all in place. Combo that with VV and everyone's DPS goes up.
As a bonus though, if another party member brings Ash and you bring Shivermist, then overlap them to do fast tick burning damage. Works great and slaughters everything.
Depends, Freeze is extremely good, the utility is invaluable. But the fire is really really strong, just not so useful in FSC :P. I think most people would suggest freeze.
