Neelde is one of the best weapons to fight trojans or to use against vana. It is sort of ok against greavers if you're in a team. Although a lot worse for shooting wolvers / devilites than callahan, it can in some situations be useful in a fight against those. Also sometimes it's equivalent or (rarely) better than callahan (or ash) to remove silkwings from a kite (NOT while you're the one kiting though). You might not want to carry your needle anywhere except to fsc later, when you have a lot of alternatives to choose from in your arsenal.

Your Pepperbox you can carry around everywhere you like, but it is mostly a little bit inferior to other allrounders, unless you count how much fun it is to use autoguns against inanimate objects. It's sort of better than average against ice cubes and some other mobs (and obviously a lot worse against oilers).
