So is it now possible to sell bound items to traders?

Actually yes

Sure, you are able to sell bound items you dont need anymore to a merchant. For example a Brandish ** gives you 750 Krowns back. Its better than nothing and i hate an overfilled inventory. So you are more or less able to devour items :P Even buy some ** Stuff for 750> and sell em ^^
