Did you see my post in the Wiki section of gate types? It has a fairly large list of types.
I didn't check all of yours, but you are missing a couple I recorded, and I think your entry for YGR is wrong, as I observed fire multiple times.
I also have my notebook with a slightly-more-definitive list on hand if you would like me to type it up.

Magnus, ajericho - I realize that some gates were tampered with by the admins, I was able to record numbers and stratum theme previous to their intervention and is noted on the very left side as well as indicated on the stratum's theme by the presence of (Alloy).
Techhead - You know, you're probably right about YGR. I must have been looking at your list on the wiki forum and got it mixed up with the fire one. I've fixed it now, thanks. YGR as slime never really sat right for me for a while and now I can see why. If you've got more combinations than the ones on that thread then I would appreciate if you listed them. :D

Update
Just did an update on the sheet, there's a new tab I'll be using to show miscellaneous graphs. The most interesting of these graphs so far is probably the percentage mineral distribution over time.
This week, we've seen a drop in Valestone and a very hasty increase in Crimsonite, while Moonstone continues to drop slowly along with Dark Matter. The increase in Crimsonite has lead to a lot of beast strata, hopefully I'll get a chance to fill out and confirm a few of the Crimsonite-majority permutations in the coming weeks.
Anyone who follows this, I request that you strive to pick up the biggest minerals possible while preferring to take other minerals over Valestone. I'm not asking you to take a large Crimsonite over a huge Valestone, but to take a huge Crimsonite over a huge Valestone if the option is open. The faster we fill out the permutations chart, the faster guilds can plan and choose strata themes!

I wouldn't have guessed that pattern. That's why it threw off the combinations approach and seemed to support the permutations theory. And yet it's simple enough to tabletize. My cap's off to the devs.
You're relying on gates tampered with by the devs in that chart, just so you know.
