sorry if idk how to use search functions, but this game is not complete without a buckshot line.
this game needs shotguns
The Search bar is at the top right, next to the button that says Search on it.
This has come up before; I am ambivalent, personally. I dunno if there's really a need for short-range spread guns with the way SK's sword mechanics work, and it's been argued that other guns fulfil a similar role (Alchemers or even some Autoguns, depending who you ask). But a mid-range, high-spread, relatively low-damage gun for crowd control/distributed knockback could be interesting and useful.

Would help gunners keep those barb guys offa them. I like the name buckshot, flows with the game.
here's how it would work. you would get 1-2 shots depending on the shotgun (for 1 shot and double barrel)
IT fires 5 shots in a spread. The charged shot does a little more damage, and the bullets go through all enemies as well.
are we neglecting the magnus? its not a "shot gun", but it comes fairly close as far as power goes in my opinion
Magnus would be a.... magnum, a heavy gun, that is his purpose and how it works.

Not always. You can't just wildly add things to game or it would be unbalanced or potentially too easy with the right combination of weapons.

+1 The idea should be a piercing shotgun with a short range, high burst damage in a cone, slow speed and high knockback. The idea is that every time a player fires, they have to reload again. Charge attack is more like the normal attack, but in a larger cone with more piercing bullets. It should be designed for close combat.
