Is there one? What is it? Will my attack speed still increase if I have full vog cub gear and I equip a quickstrike buckler?

There is, it will only matter if you have a Spur or Cutter line sword.

ya cap is maximum, so
ya cap is maximum, so basically a cutter line sword with vog cub set and swiftstrike buckler is the fastest you can go. adds atk spd + maximum and it is FAST

Are you saying that Vog + Swiftbuckler will exactly reach the cap, or that the cap is before that?

Maximum is the cap for additive aspd bonuses, the sword aspd cap can be reached before that.
Unfortunately we don't have the experimental data to tell you exactly when the cap is reached.

I may just be seeing things,
I may just be seeing things, but I see a slight speed difference from just the Buckler when I equip Vog Coat. I don't have the cap yet.
