They pick one up, throw it at Teammates.(Got hit a Total of 21 Noobies in Lockdown, thinking it would give them the Achievement.)

They leave Mid-Game right after they get their "Precious" Achievement:

I'm not even making these names up. They literally just bash the Keyboard & use that Name in Lockdown.

Please, OOO, do something about this. Temporary Kick from Coliseum, No more Frostbite(End Event), Must get new 0-1* Stuff(No Proto) to Enter, I don't care, just ANYTHING.

I've even found myself Leaving Matches, because it ends up Unfair(2vs6) or when I know my Teammates don't even know how to Shield/Boost/Cloak. It has to stop. I'm even sure most of them aren't even 13 Years old, with the Poor Spelling/ Grammar Skills they Display.

I mostly agree with this too. Fighting with leavers in either team really gets me down.

Trying to fight a tough matchup, when some noob leaves your team=You epic fail.
Winning against a team that only had half it's original people=Not worth celebrating.

Of course, I try and console the other team; Usually they fight really hard and give me a run for my money, even WITH leavers.

And sometimes my team even manages to win with leavers.

Once, due to a leaver and noobs, my whole team managed to dominate the whole frostbite field, then spawncamp the other team.

Once that happened, they had no chance :/

Perhaps you could configure them like parties? Someone leaves, another person joining LD can take his place mid-match?

I believe you ,ironskullkid, need to heat up some of your gear from what I can tell in my matches with you.

Also, I don't think 12 bars is a bug, I've seen people in full Dusker as guardians with that much, or maybe they have HP pendants?

Atleast those noobs see how lockdown is beeing played. Those who aren't hooked - just leaving. If OOO wanted jail them till game end - they would erase "go to haven" button from LD ^^...

I actually loved the noobs.

Most of the time, they would bribe King Krogmo and the people that didn't leaves were also noobish so I mainly just slaughtered the other team while telling my team how to capture command posts. I made oh so many Krogmo coins and eventually won yet another mask. There are times when all but 1 person would leave my team and we'd still be able to slaughter the other team.

I can get 11 bars of HP in T1 LD rather easily actually. I think a Vitasuit might get you up to 12... I might have to actually check that.

I don't mind the Steam people... but then again I pacify my more sadistic side by slaughtering them too. It's PvP, all is fair.

Oh, and they are solely responsible for me getting this... which makes me happy.

Skolver Cap lvl 10 = +5 hp
Snarby coat lvl 10 = +5 hp
Striker class = +2 hp

Theres 11 bars for you right there without any other bonuses other than the ones that come with your gear.
EDIT: Guardian alone gives +10 hp i assume, so even in proto you can get 15 bars.

Just for the record, the max HP currently in T1 is 11: 5 base, 2 from armor, and 4 from a pair of 1* heart trinkets. Vitasuit is only +1, same as 1* armor so you can't get to 12 using it.

In T2, the max is 20: 5 base, 3 from helm, 4 from vitasuit plus, and 8 from a pair of 3* heart trinkets. You're better off skipping the vitasuit and going for 3* armor though.

In T3 you should be able to get 42: 5 base, 16 from ancient plate, 12 from 5* heart trinkets and 9 from guardian shield.

I actually got over 6.2k damage once, it was a 5v3 match and the opposing 5-man team definately wasn't all noobs :P I lost that game, but man was it fun!

Sometimes you get lots of quitters. (Nobody listens to me...)
But if you hit "play again" enough times, eventually you're just left with the good players, and have a damn good game. (Best part of the match: nailing two players at once with a heavy hatchet charge shot)

Those heart pendants completely ruined it. No fun having four strikers on your team with 2 hearts going against someone with 8, especially with how little damage is done in T1. And then these people leave saying the game is terrible. Good job folks.

And then there's those players like -, -, and - who spam "fill for acheive" "it turns map to snow" 'leave its not snow" and going all "lol owned haha" killing people who have no chance against them, and trying to get their team to leave so they get more crowns. o_O Kwizzy's previously 2 person ignore list tripled!

I hope none of you who were doing that or sitting at 8+ hp ever complain about CE prices when the promos done.

I haven't played LD since the first day of the update. This was before the proliferation of heart pendants, so I did have a chance. I hated freeze anyway, so I haven't really played since then. I have, of course, been active in Blast Network. A few noobs are actually asking for snowballs there, and it makes life even more fun (my winning rate for free-for-alls is a bit higher than average) although on team they occasionally can be a nuisance.

I've played hundreds of lockdown games in T1 & T2. Never seen heart pendants.

Dunno how popular they were in T3. My comment is only about the lower stuff, where having them & two "pay to win" trinket slot upgrades means you're 300% better than the other guys. Not a good impression to give new visitors.

For reference, a pair of 1* heart trinkets costs exactly:

2 Enamorocks/20 Krog Tokens
6 Red Shards
400 Crowns
20 Energy

Worst case losing every match, 20 Krog tokens costs 4000 crowns. 6 red shards is about 150cr (haven't checked AH prices lately on red shards, might be a bit more I dunno).

That's less than 5000 crowns in total, plus a bit of mist, worst case. 1 or 2 T1 clockworks runs should be more than enough to cover that.

Even adding on a selection of 1* armor and weapons to the bill only bumps it up by another 2k crowns or so.

I'm not going to listen to anyone whining that 2-3 T1 clockworks dives is too much grinding to be competitive in T1 lockdown.

I dunno about T1 and T2, since I only played T2 a couple times with some odd gear, but in T3, it's really REALLY annoying with the Steamnoobs. At any given time, there's a 14k+++ damage elite striker playing PuG, and when you get leavers/afkers/suckwad players popping up, the whole battle gets tipped. When you're in a 6 on 6 match for 900 points and even one player idles, your team can really suffer.

Makes me want to get a couple lower sets put together.

Do people do T1 more now?

I'm not going to listen to anyone whining that 2-3 T1 clockworks dives is too much grinding to be competitive in T1 lockdown.

It's not about being competitive. It's about ruining the experience for all the visitors who might've become new players & customers of OOO. Some of the ones I met liked the dungeon part of the game. But instead of having fun in Lockdown after farming some crowns in the Rescue Camp, these players just said it was pay to win garbage, and left telling people that on popular message boards afterwards & to not even bother downloading it.

And you can't control your team whether or not you have them - so if all the heart pendant people are one side, everyone else might as well just leave.

NAY! are forced into T3. I made the mistake of doing that T2 fighting a while ago while forgetting to take off an elite trinket. Yay for showing up with mixed junk armor!

Even if they actually play, they do no damage and get 1shotted by EVERYTHING.

If you ask me, OOO should change the acheivement to require that after hitting someone with a snowball, you must then kill them. That, or make the snowballs inaccessible until you've helped capture and defend a control point.

Well, I've been playing t1 lockdown for the past 4hours..... I'm loving it!
I've won every single match despite leavers, I won 3 bombhead masks, i racked up about 250krogmo coins (yeah i had boosters to make the most of my winnings), I made about 15kcr out of wininnings and better yet, it's probably the funnest out of the tiers as pretty much everything is balanced. I don't know what ya'll are complaining about at all. I've even heard quite a few people stating that sk is a fun game after complaining that its taking a while to switch to frostbite.

so really idm this, i'm getting a pretty decent profit. Go get yourself some heart trinkets, level your t1 heavy hatchet, fencing jacket and emberbreak helm to max then reek havock without losing a match.

I love how everyone says "steamnoobs" suggesting that all Steam users are noobs... :/ I'm a good steamer!!! Anyways, I really could care less about the leavers. Being in Tier 2 with 2 Tri-Heart Pendants and a Swift Flourish, I can roll a whole team, so even if I have leavers, I get more crowns..all you have to do is get your noobs to capture CP's while you walk over the other team's dead bodies!! :D

If I was a mod...oh lawdie. Bring up TF2 in the forums, get banned. Bring up coal/hats/whatever other stupid Steam event thing in the forums, get banned. Get complained on for achievement farming? banned and revocation of achievements.
