I'm using a Spiral Knights on Steam Mac and every time i click on my character and the heaven loading screen appears it will load to either 89 or 90% then just stop. I have tried leaving it for a couple hours and it is still not working. Mt internet connection is 37Mbps Download and 21Mbps Upload. I live on the east coast

Oh, I almost forgot - I have also tried the regedit fix posted in the sticky at the top of the forum, and I'll be trying to reinstall the game shortly to see if that fixes anything, but it was notable that the error only occurred after the last update.
I've been running into the same problem, but with an additional wrinkle - when I see the character select screen, the only part that renders is my head. The rest is invisible. I noticed that it only happened after the latest patch, so I kinda wonder if deleting something related to the christmas stuff might have taken some essential texture or model files with it...
Oh, for fulfilling the forum rules, I have a Windows Vista PC with an AMD Phenom X4 9759 quadcore CPU, ATI Radeon HD 4650 1024MB graphics card, and 8GB DDR2 RAM.
