Hi, I'm currently in Tier 2 doing Jelly King runs but I want to get an idea what should I prepare for tier 3.

I'm looking for a set of weapons for 4-slot arsenal and armor set for an average swordsman. Not finding anything specific here. Also, I'm not purely addicted to only using swords so I'm capable of using either guns or bombs.

P.S. I'm not looking forward to the Shadow Lair yet so boss's Armor probably wouldn't be on the top list of mine yet.

Are you looking for a single general-purpose loadout for all situations? Then the best answer is Divine Veil with Skolver Coat. My second knight has only this armor, and uses it everywhere (FSC, fiend strata, RJP, etc.).

Advanced players tend to have multiple, specizalized armor sets (and weapon sets) for different situations. Are you looking for an FSC-optimized set? Your thread's title is confusing.

my FSC setup: vog set,

my FSC setup: vog set, divine avenger, shiver, barbarous thron blade.
my bomber setup: mad bomber set, vitrolic tempest, nitronome, shiver, leviathan asi med.
genral purpous: Vog(if im using heavy swords) or most likley Heavenly iron set: Acheron, shiver, barbarous thorn blade, DA
