UPDATE: Well, it's official. US SK Servers are located in VA. Not that I'm complaining...
I also got word back on my Support Ticket to SK Command. They won't commit to anything official, but I have been informed that typical broadband demand by SK at any given time is around 70KBdown, 40KBup. Which means I'm well in the clear, and should be even if I go down to Tier 1 service...

Lots of SK players complain about lag. At least, you notice them more, as fewer people say how great gameplay is for them.
I'm interested in pooling reports from across the U.S. Please leave your general or specific location(region, state or portion of state, whatever you are comfortable with), and overall rating, with day and rough time. And name your service provider(ISP), if you care to. Target Server for PING is AShburn, VA. Your SPEED should be roughly the same to just about anywhere in the U.S. - depending on time of day/demand on your ISP - so none specific.
I'm located Central New Hampshire. I've been testing since Monday last. I start around 7AM and I get B-grade/4.35 most of the morning. Tuesday I got B-grade until about 2PM. Wednesday I tried last at around 12:30PM and it was B-grade. My ISP is Fairpoint. I currently have 2nd Tier service(DSL), for up to about 1.5MB up, .7MB down, with an average closer to .8MB up, .35MB down.
I'm going to continue testing through this weekend, just to make sure the mornings during the week are good, and confirm my suspicions that demand on my ISP over the weekends will mean I'll have bad SK.
UPDATE: Thursday
By 9:30AM PING results are terrible to WA(grade C or D). SPEED is .5MBup and .3-4MBdown. Highly localized SPEED is better up(.8-9), same down.
I'm assuming the weather in my region is the cause, either directly, or as a result of more people being home and online.
You should be targeting Ashburn, Virginia
The US SK servers are located there
