I have recently done runs where the party leader would either go afk or is a complte A-hole and it would be in everybodies best interest if he were removed from the party but this isn't possible because he is the party leader

What im suggesting is that OOO implements some sort of a party vote button that would allow the rest of the party to "overthrow" the party leader and move him to a different party if all 3 of them agree on it in some kind a vote button that apears if you click on the party leaders nameplate.

But it's just a suggestion

I kind of like just

I kind of like just transferring leadership to another party member. If the 3 members vote yes, one should be selected at random to be the new leader. If the old leader ragequits, oh well. If the old leader continues to be a jerk or AFK, the new leader can just kick them. This way you can avoid having to make a new instance for 3 people, it's just 1 for the guy that gets kicked.

Vote to kick would indeed be nice. Been suggested before though. OOO probably doesn't like it, because they want the party leader to have more power or something. After all, it is his/her party. Or maybe they're just busy making dragon wings, and don't have time for petty things like this.

i kindof agree with melisan and providence about how party leadership should probably shift to another player, probably the person right below the leader, instead of downright kicking the leader but i dont see why OOO wouldn't want to consider this as it seems pretty simple to implement into the game

In Rappelz, if I have to leave a party or go afk (with the party's permission) and I am party leader, I can click on another party member and designate them.

How would these votes work

How would these votes work for a 2 person party? If they work like they would in a 3 or 4 person party, the second party member would be able to kick the leader (or take party leadership) whenever he/she wants since there's no one else to vote. This could lead to leadership wars between the two party members if the vote is for changing the leader.

I like Diabound's idea, except the only person who wouldn't lose their heat would be the person who (presumably) is causing the trouble.

in a 2 person party it

in a 2 person party it doesn't matter since the other person can go solo. Yes, you lose heat, but the rest stays the same and heat really doesn't matter that much. With 3-4 person parties, the problem is going solo breaks up the party or you have to add them as friends and invite them (which I think costs them 10 CE to join your level)
