Now that the knights have successfully found the core I found it strange how we become ever more fascinated with whats under us instead of whats around us.
I believe it would be a grand idea that knights would have more areas to explore on the surface of cradle. Not only new areas but new camps abound that nights could travel to that feature different subcultures of the new idealist since the discovery of cradle. By this i mean knights must have differing opinions on whats going on why not explore these differences and make cause for a sort of falling out of the order to expand to many new cities. The arcade would provide fast access to other cities for a small fee via the railway system that currently seems inoperative.
But here's the fun part, should a knight decide to leave from the gates of haven they would have to travel into a few hostile zones inbetween so that they might procure crowns and other treasures, these areas might be much more open than those within the clockworks but provide little coves where (more advanced) puzzles could be solved for better rewards like recipes.
Just a rough idea that popped into my head at school today, thoughts?
