Toastnaut and I have been hashing out some of the details tonight, we can discuss later, I think we've got a pretty good framework going! We're just working on a specific date at this point, we've got most of the rules down, we'll just have to find people to participate!

My thoughts on how this would work-
Whenever this is done, we'll vote on a person to be auctioned. Then around thursday someone will make a WTS with the starting bid, and a buyout, and some info about this (and info about what the person has, etc.). Then, on Friday or whenever the set time is, the actual transaction will happen.
So perhaps for a start, have all of the potential auction items list all of their gear, and start a vote?

We're working on the specifics now, no worries!
To address a couple things you said, it's for sure going to be multiple people auctioned, so hopefully the prices won't go sky high, and more people can have more fun, and it's almost certainly going to be a week from this Friday, to give us time to set up stuff. We need to coordinate heavily with volunteers, so we gotta figure this stuff out first! We'll keep you updated as more of this becomes confirmed.
