A solution to the Supply Depot problem?

I've read everything that people have said for and against the supply depot, and I can't say that I disagree with everyone, so I came up with this solution:

Make each piece of equipment in the Supply Depot one-time-only purchases. The keys and etc. should remain infinite stock, but weapons and etc. should only be purchasable once.

I don't know if there should be a time limit on how long you get to have the item in question, either. Yes/No?

And what does this exactly

And what does this exactly solve? FYI the weapons from supply depot come bound.

also

they are expensive. i mean, a 3* item can be made with 260 CE + 1600 crowns, and yet is sold for 500 CE.

with 500 CE you use 260 to craft, sell the other 200 (40 unsused) and get 15k crowns, use 1600 and have a 13.400 profit.

so as they come bound they should be cheaper. i think a 3* in depot should cost no more than 300 CE.

In retrospect, "solution" would be the wrong word to use, but I don't see where this "weapons come bound" thing is coming from. One of the biggest complaints that I've been hearing is that people who used to sell weapons to make a profit were losing their business to the supply depot, and while what I proposed might not solve this, it might mitigate the problem a bit, as there are people who will purchase weapons, sell them under the impression that they're not very good, and then have a change of heart.

Although, if OOO was to go with the original idea of "rental" weapons, then we'd be heading in a better direction, I think.

Sell to whom? I hope you

Sell to whom? I hope you realise that no one will buy any weapon that they can buy from the supply depot at a higher price than the supply depot. And i really hope you don't think so little of people in this community as to dropping 10 bucks down the drain (by selling to npc for 30k cr) like that. Your "solution" solves nothing and is merely a half-hearted attempted to fix something that isn't broken. It would do nothing basically.

Technically....

Crafter/sellers' businesses can only be ruined if they're talking about 5* weapons.

Otherwise, I don't really see how it affects their business, seeing as crafting a weapon up to 3* requires no heat therefore no unbind, and the depot only gets cheaper than the craft cost after 4-5*.

To Paweu

It is really that hard to do a thorough reading on the Internet? I'm talking about people who made a large portion of their profits by selling 5* before the Supply Depot came around. Do they not have the past imperfect tense where you come from?

Also, if people were limited to one purchase per item from the supply depot, and they'd either discarded or sold off their first instance of equipment to a merch but wanted it back, they'd have to buy it from someone else one way or another, or craft it themselves.

So, you think someone is dumb

So, you think someone is dumb enough to sell to a vendor an item that cost him 10 bucks and then will have no problem to lay out like 20 bucks to get the item again? You surely are an evil schemer, you might try working in some shady business, though, i'm afraid you won't be successful as you can't find such basic errors in your schemes.

Also, breaking news at six; I'm one of the people who actually were crafting+unbinding the 5* items so hurr durr
