I was recently going to complain about the boss design; every single one has both infinitely spawning mobs and invulnerability phases. Neither of these things are necessarily bad, but it gets very frustrating when that's the only pattern. Then I did the Arkus fight! It was great fighting one guy without silly gimmicks or distractions, I suggest that more miniboss and boss fights in the future use this model.
While I'm here, I'd also like to mention the new gremlins with a shield and mortar. They are not at all difficult, but actually landing hits on them is a lesson in frustration. I suggest that either the arc of protection is reduced, a change is done to its pathing so it stops spinning into a block, or that the shield doesn't have 100% uptime. Again this isn't a balance issue but a "fun" issue - chasing these guys around is not even a little fun.
The new missions give recipes that are bound to the knight that earns them and undroppable. This is kind of annoying when the recipe was already learned! Can we get some kind of option to remove these from the inventory?
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and keep making a great game!
"invulnerability phases"
Vanaduke doesn't have one...unless you call his "Invulnerability phase" his mask phase, which doesn't really make sense since you can still hit him.
" great fighting one guy without silly gimmicks or distractions"
So, the purple orbs that circled him, and the respawning Greavers, aren't silly gimmicks or distractions?
" This is kind of annoying when the recipe was already learned! Can we get some kind of option to remove these from the inventory?"
Sell them to a Bazaar vendor.
