There was an update today that gave the charge attack more 'oomph', if I read it correctly. It's two swings instead of an overhead bash (I think).
Anyhow, if the other slow swords have a Strong status effect to them, why doesn't this one? I'm as befuddled as you OP, they really should buff the Stun time. However, might I speculate that the reason behind this was for Lockdown balance? Stun is pretty powerful there.

Nope! It's still an overhead bash, but then the head of the weapon, like, detonates.
So it's still the same, with a little explosion spike at the end.
