1: the whole area could have a changeable setting by the guild leader in the themes of the crystals. (blue: icy snowground, green: grassy fields, red: castle floor,...)

2: there should be more areas for the guild. maybe a few with different looks of the clockwork.

3: an archievment room, what the guild or specific members archieved. maybe a copy of 'the best member of the week' or something as statua.

4: some kind of a 'guild spending' system that unlocks different things. after all each previous point could be archieved when a certain amount of points got spended.

I don't think it would be that difficult to implement different layouts with interchangeable tilesets. The main problem with guildhalls is that they have no primary function apart from being a separate lobby to Haven.
