So i have been playing lockdown lately and i use nightblade. I think it is a very nice sword but it doesn't do much dmg so ive been wondering on what sword is good on a tier 2 lockdown.
what weapon is good for lockdown?

Good Question
Many people uses Stable Rocket Hammer or Swift Flourish.
Also, many people uses Dusker Set so that is good also because it has some resistance for elements.

If you feel like having some fun at times, go gunslinging.
Gunslinging in LD takes skill ^^
Armor: usual gunslinger set
Weapons: Shadowtech Alchemer MKII, Voltech Alchemer MKII
I go all striker so I'm not so sure about good sets for recons and guardians :)

Sealed Sword is good, though being normal everyone resists it to some extent but nobody resists it greatly.
3* flourish or snarble barb is good for anyone who's not wearing piercing resist (which all the clones are) and is fast enough to still be ok against clones.
Kilowatt Pulsar and Stable Rocket Hammer of course are good, although you won't get much damage or kills with the pulsar, but it lets you keep everyone away while you cap.
For gunning I take Antigua and Cryotech Alchemer MkII - Antigua for exposing recons mostly, although it can situationally be a damage weapon too. Cryotech does some damage but more importantly it freezes and then I can hit them with sealed (or if you have no heavy weapon like sealed or hammer, then use cryo's own charge attack. They aren't unfreezing in time if you start charging immediately.)
Bombs are pretty useless in T2, but take the 3* shock haze bomb if you want to bomb.

I saw a bomber do 7k damage and 10 caps and 4 defends in T2......bombs are very dangerous in any tier of LD!

In tier 2 a guy name Forestmacedonia or something used dusker and stable rocket hammer with no trinkets and he got 11k damage nice for tier 2
Flourish/twisted snarble barb or the expansion hammer. This is because they have pure damage.
Nightblade has nice shadow, but also normal damage mixed in, plus slower, but has a nice charge.
Still, damage helps but does not win lockdown.
