I was studying economics and considered applying de-inflation to the Rose costumes, because I seriously want one.

So here's the idea:

-Let's just pretend that the Red Rose gear is avaliable for 1000 crowns in the Haven Bazaar.

-Because this color Rose is cheap, its total value will decrease, and there will be less demand for it.

-The other Rose color sets would remain only avaliable from the Redux event (if it returns) or featured auctions.

-So thus the costume would be avaliable as a cheap suit, and the economy is safe.

Any thoughts?

Well, that doesn't make sense at all.
Seems like you only want that costume and thus they should magically lower its price.
I'm afraid that won't happen.

PS: Green Rose looks far better anyway ^w^

I mentioned Red rose as an example because all the others are based on it.

I do indeed prefer the green rose actually. But thats unfair.

Anyways, that would reduce the price of all rose regalia and promotional items under the logic that if OOO decides to sell whatever for ridiculously cheap, they'll sell other items for ridiculously cheap eventually. Look at the outrage that the tiny community of "wealthy" players put up after OOO tried to sell the rose regalia on the featured auctions.

P.S. "Deflation", not "de-inflation". And the high price of rose sets has nothing to do with inflation anyway. Economics: ur doin it rong.
