I like Blast Network and Lockdown, so could you please add in one new map for each event, OOO? One new map for Lockdown, perhaps a new, slightly larger 7-point map with some hazards, and one for Blast Network that is a bit larger with some more rockets and a couple of new traps in it. Wouldn't that make these events a bit more thriving?

mmm idk. From my experience, every single game is different so it's not really the maps fault. maybe make is the maps more randomised because I only ever play furnace and reactor and those are my least favourite.

About having a training hall/tutorial for LD and BN because I believe people don't play because
1. Don't know what it is and fear the unknown (how i was before i started playing)
2. Aren't very good and cant be bothered to put in the time (but I beg to differ I may be really bad at playing, but i still enjoy playing :))
3. I live in Aus and at night time, a few hrs b4 the reboot, there is NO ONE waiting for BN so I evidently play LD or have to shout or ask my friends to join me for BN.
Even with new maps, it still doesn't address the issue that there is a lack of interest in LD and especially in BN.
I would love to see an Anniversary Spiral Bombhead Mask. It would look similar to the Spiral Bombhead Mask, but with a Candle instead of a Fuse & a Few Stripes that Match to the Player Color.
Also Adding a Temporary 5-Hour Krogmo Koin Booster(Only Effective in Blast Network) might cause a Spike of Interest to the Players.
Do you know what would be better for anniversaries? New content. Not reskinned costumes, not another energy pack with a cliche accessory, but genuine content; look around this forum, there are many good ideas for equipment and enemies to implement. If anyone would rather have a twenty first Bombhead costume than a brand new boss with new equipment as token rewards they are sadly mistaken. This game is not based on Blast Network or Lockdown, though they offer a change of pace for the community to enjoy. Does this mean anyone who wants new Bombhead costumes is stupid? No, but considering the overall community it would behoove Three Rings to take advantage of the ideas this forum houses.

I understand you might be a bit Angry because of the Spiral Knights Anniversary didn't Release any new Content, excluding the Cake Helms.
But since Blast Network & Lockdown are as what you Described:

It would make Sense to have a Small Helmet Re-Skin instead of new Content, since it isn't part of the Main Goal/Purpose/Drive of Spiral Knights.
But if you want new Content, I'll Add that a Special Demo Suit be Released, giving the same Defences as Bombastic, a Bomb Damage & Bomb Charge Time Reduction: Low Bonus, for 300Krogmo Koins, similar to getting the Christmas Hats.

The anniversary for any game is at least fairly significant; it is the birthday of the game. Does that mean limited-time-be-there-or-be-square content should only be there for a couple weeks for the anniversary then disappear? No, it would be when something significant is released to bring some of those who have jumped out of the boat back on deck without pushing them to do something they do not want to, and the reality is the majority of those veterans want new content for regular gameplay in the Clockworks. They are not waiting for another costume, or accessories, or what happened to TF2 which made people leave. See this thread.
You want to create new equipment? Fine. What was that? It only comes from Krogmo? No. That would make more people leave. By the way, something already gives +2 charge and damage but universally. Of all the equipment designing possible, trinkets are the easiest; armor (torso and helmet) is the second; shields third, weapons being the most complex with its own order of complexity. Armor and helmets are the second easiest equipment to design, though not necessarily the easiest to create art for.
Well, then, perhaps we should have the new 7-point maps have a new goal of 700 points along with a time limit increase? That should make it equal.
I don't think thriving is the word you wanted...
And I don't think it's worth it to add more maps until more people start playing. They could do another thing where they make the PvP games necessary for achievements, but I don't see that happening.
