Simple question. Basically I was just wondering if my 360 controller that I have a wireless adapter for will work with Spiral Knights controls.
Gamepad =/= Controller?

This question gets asked far too often.
It should, else you can use external programs like JoyToKey to emulate it.
Wouldnt it be easier to just try it first? :p
