I was thinking earlier that we have a gun-sword (spur line) and a gun-bomb (pulsar line). Just thought I'd even it with a few ideas for a bomb-sword line.

Bomb based
When the bomb goes off constructs a small lumber-like tower holding a levi. Its trigger range will be that of a pre-buffed protobomb. When triggered it will do a levi charge but w/o the knockback. If not triggered it will last 1.5 times a mist bomb of comparable star rank. After triggered it will disperse. Destroyed in two hits regardless of damage dealt (two shots protogun or two hits suda etc). Charge mechanics of a BaB.

Sword based
Bring out the thunder troika. One hit combo w/ 33% less "reload time" and 50% more damage (will be calculated versus second swing of suda). When enemies are hit the lightning strikes each enemy (will not have graphic for low settings). The strike will explode doing 50 dmg in S6 with a range of a 1* bomb with knockback of a 4* blast bomb.

It's 10:15 PM here. I'm going swimming.

Gosh golly gee

The first is essentially a mechanic/engineer/summon. Taking knockback away from the spin charge mechanic makes it incredibly overpowered.

The second is just weird. A one-hit-crush-the-lunch-out-of-the-target behemoth of electric death and squishing with an ambiguous mechanic. Does the charge attack knockback or the single swing combo? If the basic combo is only one swing why does there need to be a charge? Why does this have only one hit in the basic combo? Why not make that one hit have the existing knockback on the second swing for the existing heavy mechanic? Why does this thing deal shock? What is the rate of shock? What is love? Does this deal normal damage or something else? Does the basic swing have the 1* bomb area of effect or the charge? Where is the epicenter of this radius, the character or the swing? Does lightning occur as a graphical effect or is it part of the mechanic? Why does the lightning strike only occur when it makes contact to an enemy? Is the strike damage proportionate to the basic swing or is it an independent variable? Does the lightning strike affect a 1* bomb radius from where the enemy was hit or is it a delayed strike? I need answers, woman.
