I'm tier 2 at the moment. I'm enjoying my time with the game, and I've got around 95k CE. I'm 17 years old and mature, friendly, and active. Hopefully the guild I join has the same members as well.

Emberlight Elite seems like it might be a good place for you.
We focus on helping T2 Knights get to T3, and training them to become masters of their chosen weaponry.
