The Prime Bombhead costume helm was originally given away through promo codes handed out at last year's PAX (i think?!). Some parrying blades were given away on black friday through some advertising affiliates.

Selling the codes themselves was frowned upon by GMs anyways.
When you get a special code from an event (these are very rare events, mind you) you can redeem it here, for example you can search up that old "prime bombhead code giveaway" thread to get an idea.
