On any Mac, at any time (except in a few applications where Apple explicitly prevents it, such as DVD Player) you can take a screenshot by pressing Shift-Command-3.
Once you have an image (such as a screenshot), you upload to the wiki by clicking on "Upload File" on the left side of any wiki page. Note well: There is a bug in how image files get updated, so when you upload your file, it may take a couple of days for it to be available on the wiki.
