Ironclaw Munitions Factory is full of shock and I know Basil sells remedy caps in the lobbies for other missions. So why not have him sell remedy caps there? I've gotten good anti-shock gear since my first traumatic experience there and have gotten good enough at the level that I usually don't get shocked too often anyway but I still feel naked without one.

I'd rather get shocked to death then get up with full health.
If you rarely die (no more than 2 times per player on party) it's potentially better.
I think that maybe minor suggestions that don't require a complete revamp of game mechanics occasionally merit a discussion here.
