Yes, iv noticed some guy (not mentioning the name for reasons) is buying all the coral/violet chaps off the ah in a heart beat, then sold for profit right if the back. So i think OOO should make them bond to you when you buy! ^^ It will give others a chance to actually get what they want. :)

If Rose Regalia items were bound upon purchase, there would be no player-controlled market for them. In other words, you'd have to wait for OOO to put up featured auctions if you ever wanted a Chap/Tabard. In other words, no thank you.

He means the Rose Regalia sets that appear on the AH. I've also noticed that someone keeps buying all of them the second the go up in the featured auction. This would help people get the set for what it's worth instead of having to buy it from some rich guy who keeps buying all of them.

Is this why I haven't seen the Chapeaus on the featured auctions for months? I was beginning to think they'd stopped offering them entirely, but it seemed strange that they'd do that but continue putting up the matching Tabards.
Do they go up at a predictable time or something? I don't see how else one person could be snapping them all up as soon as they go up unless they spend all day staring at the auction house waiting for them. If that's the case, it seems like they could alleviate the problem just by introducing some randomness into the time they go up.

I agree with this suggestion.
Not the first time it's been proposed, but it makes good sense.
Although FYI, it's not like the same one person gets them every time, lol. It's more that whoever sees them and has the spare cr will always buy as many as possible, because they're just that profitable.

Smart Idea, it would help with players get Chapeaus, make that for all costume hats besides stranger hats. It would help greatly.
